Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of this application. It is an internal tool for our own staff, and by signing in or otherwise using it you agree to them.
The service
AstoSeMas operates this application to plan work orders, schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, and record the outcome of each visit to a customer, with optional synchronisation of a technician schedule to Google Calendar. It is used by our staff, not by the public.
Accounts
- Accounts are created by an administrator for members of our staff. There is no public registration, and you may not create an account for someone else or share your credentials.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for keeping your password, passkeys, and two-factor codes safe.
- Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
- If you sign in with Google, you must comply with the Google Terms of Service as well as these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to
- use the application unlawfully, or to store data you have no right to process
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours
- probe, scan, overload, or otherwise interfere with the service or its infrastructure
- copy, reverse engineer, resell, or provide the application to third parties without our written permission
- upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others
Google Calendar integration
Connecting a Google account is optional and is offered to technicians only, never to customers. When you connect it, you authorise the application to create a dedicated calendar in your Google account and to create, update, and delete the appointment events it contains. You can withdraw that authorisation at any time from your settings or from your Google account permissions page. Google is an independent service and we are not responsible for its availability, or for changes it makes to its terms or interfaces.
Customer data
Customer details recorded in the application may only be used for the job they were collected for. Do not export, copy, or share them outside the application, and record only what the work actually requires. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Privacy Policy
Availability and support
We work to keep the application available and to keep your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, third party outages, and events outside our control may interrupt access. Where practical, we announce planned maintenance in advance.
Intellectual property
The application, its source code, design, and trademarks belong to us or to our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application for as long as your account is active. The data you enter remains yours.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the application is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that poses a security risk, or when the holder no longer works with us. Accounts are also closed when employment ends, subject to the retention periods in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms as the application develops. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect, and we will notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the application after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
