Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage this application uses, how you can control them, and lets you change your choice at any time.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, keep information in the browser in the same way. We use both only to make the application work.

How we ask for your consent

Strictly necessary cookies are always active, because without them you cannot sign in or submit a form. Anything else is set only after you allow it, and refusing is one click, exactly like accepting. Your answer is remembered for a year in the consent cookie listed below, and you can change or withdraw it at any time under "Your cookie preferences".

Cookies we set

Strictly necessary

CookiePurposeDuration
astosemas_cookie_consentUsed to store the user's cookie consent preferences.1 year
astosemas-sessionKeeps you signed in and links your browser to your session on the server.2 hours
XSRF-TOKENProtects forms against cross-site request forgery by proving that a submission came from this application.2 hours
remember_webSet only if you tick "Remember me" at sign-in, so you do not have to sign in again on this device.5 years
localeRemembers whether you chose Greek or English.1 year
sidebar_stateRemembers whether the navigation sidebar is open or closed.1 year
appearanceRemembers your light, dark, or system theme choice. Kept both as a cookie and in your browser local storage.1 year

Your light, dark, or system theme choice is also kept in your browser local storage, which is never sent to us.

Your cookie preferences

You have not made a choice yet.

Always active

Needed to sign you in, keep forms safe, and remember your interface choices.

Third party cookies

When you choose to sign in with Google or connect your Google Calendar, you are sent to Google, which sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy. The same applies to the map and address lookup service used when you search for an address. We do not control those cookies.

How to control cookies

Besides the controls above, every browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies in its settings. Because the strictly necessary cookies are essential, blocking them will sign you out and prevent forms from being submitted, so parts of the application will stop working.

Changes to this policy

If we start using any cookie that is not strictly necessary, it will appear above as its own category, switched off until you allow it. Privacy Policy
